Uncertain Futures is a communications-and-AI practice in development: communications strategy, and the AI systems that make it operational.

At its center, the organizational ontology for communications — an organization's narrative, voice, and audience knowledge made explicit and machine-readable, so AI generates from documented judgment instead of guessing. Human-governed.

The thesis: AI makes communications people more important, not less — what separates useful AI from noise is the human thinking underneath it.
